I specialize in treating relational trauma and anxiety over life transitions. I am an active, warm presence in helping clients chart their goals, their learning, living and connecting strategies. Relationships often cause hurt, but can also heal and help us grow.

My approach is strength based. This means that I believe you are strong and resilient. My approach is insight oriented. This means helping you understand why symptoms emerge and how to address the feelings captured in them. I also work extensively on coping skills to manage better the disruption that anxiety and depression cause in your life.
