I am an Experiential counselor, empowering clients to develop resiliency. I also use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Play Therapy for children. When I treat families, I use different approaches and tools in order to improve their communication skills and their expression of feelings and thoughts. I also promote spirituality and personal growth.
