My name is Claudia Orfao-Martin, and I am a licensed independent clinical social worker. I have been treating clients for more than forty years, and I work primarily with children, adolescents, adults, and geriatric clients. I see individuals, couples and families, and I have been working virtually for more than five years. Because of the variety of clients with whom I work, I have an eclectic approach to treatment. Most importantly I focus on the use of Evidenced Based Treatment and Behavioral Interventions. Clients are individually assessed to determine the best approach to the treatment provided.
I enjoy working with a wide range of clients and find that an individualized approach to treatment is imperative to providing my clients with relief. My clients present with a variety of diagnoses including Depression, Anxiety, Bipolar Disorder, Attention Deficit Disorder, and Oppositional and Defiant Disorders.
I am providing treatment to my clients virtually, and I have found that this manner of treatment is extremely effective. I work with clients to make certain that they are relaxed and feel as comfortable and supported as possible so that the therapeutic process can be successful.
