Professional Support Group
This group is comprised of adults working within highly demanding work places, meeting to share vulnerabilities felt in the workplace with a trusted and confidential group and therapist. I lead this group, a safe place to honestly open oneself to being truthful with others feeling similar fears and insecurities. We address vulnerable qualities of professional and personal experiences that are distracting each member from experiencing a confident, creative and supported life at home and at work.

Life Transition Group - Adults over 60. Zoom only
We meet every other week on Wednesdays, 7PM-8:00. A structured process is followed weekly. We a) listen to and b) support each person through simply being present. The purpose of this group is to reveal vulnerabilities about everyday life with assurance and promise of confidentiality within the group. Grief and Loss issues are respected. Attendance limit: 5. Begins again on May 4th. Fee: $50.00 per 60-minute session, paid monthly. ($100.00 per month). Consistency of attendance is important for meaningful group engagement.
