As a devoted Christian, wife and mother of four, my passion is helping moms and families work through their issues, overcome obstacles and become the best version of themselves. I enjoy meeting people where they are, accepting their individuality and supporting them through their journey of personal growth and development. My services focus on developing skills that help peel through and examine the complex layers that compose our daily lives in order to fully understand ourselves and the others around us. Treatment is a collaborative approach and I am dedicated to the process.
I have experience treating anxiety, depression and mood disorders. I support others struggling with unhealthy lifestyle adjustments, trauma, anger management, stress, grief, divorce, financial instability and adjusting to foster care living arrangements. I also provide group coaching for moms looking to receive support or develop new parenting skills.
Therapy is a very intimate experience that involves one to be vulnerable and trusting to a therapist. It’s important to me that you feel safe and comfortable when we're together. I offer free 15 minute consultations to new clients in order to establish a foundation and understand your therapeutic needs and wants.
