I am a clinical psychologist with over twenty years of experience in psychotherapy and assessment. I now focus on psychotherapy to assist my clients in discovering their strengths and improving their lives. Therapy modalities are chosen according to my clients' needs, and include psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness-based stress reduction, EMDR, play and family therapy.
I work with adults and children, and specialize in helping people overcome stress, anxiety and trauma. In addition, I have extensive experience working with those on the autism spectrum and their families.
If you wish to use insurance to pay for my services, I am a member of the HealthPartners provider network only. For all other insurance companies, I am an out-of-network provider. I am flexible with payment plans.
