As a Psychotherapist and Life Coach, I provide services to Individuals, Couples, Families and Groups. I provide therapy for clients with Depression and Anxiety, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (Military and Civilian), Relationship Issues, Adjustment Disorders, Anger and Stress Management, and several other disorders.
I am eclectic in my theraputic interventions, to include, but not limited to, Cognitive-Behavioral, Supportive and Psychodynamic therapies, Experiential (Psychodrama, Gestalt, etc),Solution Focused, Family Systems, Interpersonal, Adlerian, and others. I consider the whole person (mind, body and spirit)in treatment.
