I specialize in trauma based treatment, working with those struggling with anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD, parenting issues, marriage & family difficulties, weight issues/struggles, spiritual crisis & questions, women's issues including struggles associated with pregnancy & postpartum, coping with spousal abuse, pornography addiction, etc.
I use a treatment called EMDR for my clients struggling with trauma based symptoms. It is a researched treatment that I strongly believe in and yields excellent healing results. My clients are active participants in their treatment, learning tools that they access outside of the session in every day life.
I believe in what I do as a counselor wholeheartedly. I value each person individually and strive to create a safe place for my clients.
