I am a mental health counselor and received my MA in Mindfulness-Based Transpersonal Counseling at Naropa University and then went on to obtain my PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision at the University of Northern Colorado.
As someone who is dedicated to life-long learning and growth, it is deeply meaningful to witness and support that in others. In addition to being a counselor, I am a meditation instructor, professor in a counseling department, and researcher, and these parts of my life have undeniably enriched my counseling practice.
