Clarissa’s therapeutic approach varies based on the needs and goals of her clients I am master certified for Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) for trauma intervention and a Gottman clinically trained couples’ therapist. I have more than ten years of full-time experience in the mental health field with a diversity of clients, doing mobile therapy, emergency-room Psych crisis intervention, and outpatient therapy for a local hospital. I'm fully trained and experienced with evidence-based therapies for treating a variety of mental health issues and use trauma informed care.
