My passion is empowering individuals and families to navigate life's challenges. With a Master of Social Work degree and extensive experience in various settings, including hospitals, non-profits, and schools, I am committed to providing compassionate and effective counseling. My approach to therapy is person-centered and strengths-based, focusing on building a trusting and collaborative relationship. I believe in creating a safe and non-judgmental space where you can openly explore your thoughts and emotions. Together, we'll develop personalized strategies to help you overcome obstacles and achieve your goals.
I specialize in trauma recovery, anxiety management, and family dynamics. I strive to empower you with the tools necessary for growth and healing through evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Person-centered Therapy, and mindfulness techniques.
I look forward to working with you on your journey toward a happier, more fulfilling life. We were not meant to do life alone, so let’s do this!

Teen Chat
Teen Chat is a 6-week, in-person psychoeducation group designed for teens aged 13 to 17. This co-ed group aims to educate teens on social and emotional wellness. Each week, participants will explore a different topic with the objective of enhancing emotional and mental health, developing social skills, and improving the ability to collaborate with peers from diverse backgrounds. We hope that by the end of the program, your teen will have gained a deeper understanding of effective communication, healthy relationships, conflict resolution, self-worth, self-esteem, and self-confidence.
