Many of us learned ways of coping that have allowed us to survive, but not to thrive. I am extensively trained in and passionate about an embodied, attuned and experiential approach which is based on helping another to feel cared for, seen, and able to express what has been inexpressible. This sparks your body's natural capacity for transformation.
