6.Restore a sense of aliveness, authenticity, and purpose to life.
In trying to cope with difficult life experiences and societal pressures, we split off parts of ourselves, resulting in the loss of our natural rhythm and vitality. I use Jungian Psychology, Dreamwork, Mindfulness, Meditation, Somatic Experiencing (SE) Trauma Therapy, and other mind/body approaches to facilitate returning to wholeness and flow.
I am certified in Somatic Experiencing Trauma Therapy which helps resolve trauma through the re-regulation of the nervous system. With this re-regulation, we can begin to feel alive and whole again.
