Being able to open up about these vulnerabilities is challenging and involves deep exploration into the psyche. My intention is to create a safe, accepting container so you are able to explore all parts of yourself, welcome them and integrate them into your life.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Psychotherapist licensed in AZ and NC. I have specific training in treating individuals with Complex Trauma, Dissociative Disorders, Addictive Processes, Depression and Anxiety, Life Transitions and Existential Crises. I also offer psychedelic integration psychotherapy.
My modalities include: Internal Family Systems, Somatic Experiencing, Jungian/Depth Psychology, Yogic Philosophy, Mindfulness and Meditation. I am a 200-hour Certified Yoga Instructor and have specific training in psychedelic integration through the Multidisciplinary Association of Psychedelic Studies. I am accepting virtual clients in AZ and NC.
