Hi there! My desire and passion is within our teen and adult communities and improving their mental health and wellness. My main goal is to assist you in having a fresh start and help prevent you from carrying all kinds of traumas into your life. I want to help you overcome any stress, anxiety, depression, grief, or any kind of trauma you may be struggling with in order to live a more fulfilling life. Therapy is a journey and while working to manage through and overcome difficulties, you'll also get to learn more about yourself along the way.
I am trained in EMDR Therapy, and I find this approach is beneficial in helping one who is feeling stuck move forward to feel liberated whether it be from anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, etc. This approach is a passion of mine as we work to process negative self-beliefs into healthy beliefs while desensitizing the experiences that carry discomfort.
