Reaching out for help when our lives become unmanageable or challenging can seem overwhelming and even insurmountable at times. I focus on client strengths as we collaboratively explore somatic and psychological symptoms stemming from traumatic experiences. A cognitive approach as well experiential modalities (art, music, role play) is used to develop coping skills and to set therapeutic goals.
