My goal is to achieve balance within every aspect of life to promote healing and wellness. I have a personal preference working with couples and families helping them to achieve understanding in each other, address their needs and improve their marital satisfaction. I work to resolve issues in parenting, blended families, and in general areas to improve the well-being among families.
I completed my B.S. in Clinical Psychology at the Universidad Autónoma de Veracruz-Villa Rica, Mexico, in 1997. In 2010, I completed my M.A. In Marriage and Family Therapy at Southern Nazarene University in Tulsa, OK.
I also completed my internship/practicum through Catholic Charities working with couples, families, and a wide range of behavioral and anxiety disorders in adults. My approach is eclectic. I evaluate the client and then discuss the most suitable treatment approach to achieve their goals in therapy. Spanish bilingual.
