I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker that works with adolescents and adults. Supporting individuals as they navigate all of the ups and downs of life is truly an honor for me. Some areas of interest include: at risk adolescents, young adults, LGBTQ+ population, anxiety and panic disorders, trauma and PTSD, postpartum, body image/self esteem, eating disorders, parenting struggles, marriage and relationship issues.
I practice from a client centered, humanistic lens; which means I believe that clients are their own best experts on their lives and have the power within themselves to heal. As a therapist, I consider it my job to help clients step into their power and become the best version of themselves.
Being a therapist is not just a job for me, it is integral to who I am as a person. I truly believe in the potential of people to change, heal, and grow; and I understand firsthand how important it is to have support along the way. I am passionate about equity, social justice, and trauma informed care; and carry that lens with me in all of my work.
