In 8 years of working in mental health, I have served neurodiverse, chronically traumatized and systemically oppressed people, of all ages, including children under 5, elders, couples, adolescents and parents. The golden thread has been becoming a safe enough space for the authenticity of those I serve. All feelings here are valid, but especially because of the oppressive origins of the mental health complex. You have every right to not trust me or this work, and skepticism is welcome. We all have a natural capacity for healing, and it is my honor to support folks with removing any obstacles to allow for their health and wholeness.
I am experienced with Jungian Psychology, Eye-Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family System Therapy (IFS), Child-Centered Play Therapy, Loving What Is/The Work and Attachment-Based Family Therapy.
Our sessions will be focused on the goals that you have for yourself and working myself out of a job. The only goals I hold for my clients are for their own freedom and the development of trust.
