My ideal client would be a woman in her 30s or 40s with young children. She has anxiety about parenting and uncertainty about her abilities as a parent. Her goal is to work on her anxiety and confidence in parenting and to have a place to talk about the everyday struggles of being a parent.
I offer a safe, nonjudgmental environment for individuals to work through their problems and talk about everyday frustrations and anxieties. I guide my patients and help them come to their own realizations and solutions.
