I work with a variety of clients, but what they all have in common is a desire for change and growth! I think the therapeutic process is so empowering, and I like to think of myself as someone you can trust to challenge you, cheer you on, and help you discover ways in which to make your life work for you. I have experience working with couples, families, and children from 6-18 in the therapeutic setting, and love providing support in an empathetic and authentic way.
I specialize in working with clients who may be facing challenges with depression, anxiety, and self-esteem. Additionally, I work with clients who want to improve their executive functioning skills, relationship or marriage, or friendships! No matter what brings you to therapy, I feel confident we can work together to address your specific needs.
