I am here to partner with you and your family to support growth through life transitions, emotional and behavioral challenges, school or work-related difficulties, childhood trauma- so that you can fully experience life's abundance.
I specialize in working with children, teenagers, and young adults navigating life transitions. I approach my work with a systemic lens, recognizing we do not exist in isolation. This supports healing, growth and healthy attachments. I utilize trauma-informed approaches, such as play-based interventions, art, somatic interventions, DBT, and CBT.
I found my way to this work because I believe in human connection and the power that is found in moments spent learning with, from, and in a community. My job is to help build individual capacity so that you and your family can live authentically and thrive. I provide both in-person and telehealth appointments. I look forward to hearing from you!
