Hello! Welcome. I work with teens and adults, and couples. My main focus has become helping people with Complex and Developmental Trauma. I am very comfortable with complicated family systems. I am very respectful of each person's uniqueness. I am quite open and do not have an agenda with clients.
I offer Empathy and Validation to those who have been through trauma, as well as other healing options. I understand triggers and offer some skills in getting some detachment from them.
My first career was in hospitals, so I am comfortable with the medical world. I grew up in a Military family and so am sensitive to their special needs. I have worked inside in-patient psychiatric settings and I have worked hospice as well. I have dealt first-hand with my own complex trauma issues, and offer that experience to others.
