It can be so difficult to first acknowledge challenges that we face and then ask for help with those challenges. Creating a non-judgemental, inviting space for my clients is my number one priority. If you're struggling with interpersonal issues, mental health related concerns, substance misuse, or traumatic past events, I'm hoping to provide assistance in your journey.
I hold Clinical Social Work license in NY state. I graduated from Adelphi University with an MSW and have been in the field for 5 years working with clients who are looking to improve their mental health and explore coping mechanisms. I have a focused study in trauma and stress related issues and work with clients who struggle with addiction.
