Currently accepting new clients. I specialize in helping adults and teenagers soothe symptoms of early childhood trauma. I use EMDR, attachment-based work, and a warm and welcoming professional relationship to teach my clients how to recognize, understand, and navigate the difficulties that pop up in their lives. I also work with individuals who are experiencing current struggles in their personal relationships.
With over a decade of experience in practice, I have found that merging creativity with clinical treatment allows clients to create a therapy experience that flows into their life. Therapy with me might include artistic activities, gardening, walking, or animals, in experiential treatments all steeped in connection and neuro-science.
My office is located in a cozy, renovated grain silo within a picturesque horse stable on a quiet country road. An ideal place for the rurally-inclined to receive the gold standard of mental health care, in a cozy environment that they can feel comfortable relaxing into.
