My work focuses on people experiencing situations similar to those mentioned above as well as other issues regarding anxiety, depression, eating disorders, OCD, neurodivergence, and trauma. My job is to help you develop coping tools to work through these challenges, become more aware of your needs, and better manage life's stressors.
