I am passionate about the work that I do and truly believe in the benefits of utilizing DBT skills with my clients in the outpatient setting. I want to help my clients move away from all-or-nothing thinking, find relief from emotional suffering, regain control over powerful emotions, and eventually, not need me anymore.
In addition to my work with DBT, I have a special focus in family therapy, eating disorder treatment, OCD, depression and anxiety, and shame. I have experience working at all levels of care including: long-term and short-term residential houses, partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient programs, and private practice outpatient settings.
I whole-heartedly believe in the healing power of a strong therapeutic bond, a safe space for nurturing vulnerability and authenticity, and reconnecting to oneself and environment.

Meal Support
Taking care of yourself and eating regularly is hard enough when you struggle with an eating disorder and it’s only become more difficult during social isolation. We want to support you in sitting with difficult emotions, staying accountable to your body’s nutritional needs, and changing disordered behaviors around mealtime that keep you in the destructive ED cycle. This meal support group is 90 minutes long and includes 30 minutes for eating together virtually, followed by 60 minutes of processing the emotional and behavioral responses to the meal.
