Hi! My name is Claire Pichel and I am really happy you are here. It takes a lot of courage to reach out for extra support, and I respect that. As a somatic trained mental health therapist, I help you find healing by addressing both the mind and the body in our work together. Our bodies hold immense wisdom, and by tapping into this intelligence, we can unlock the door to profound personal growth and emotional resilience. But we also need to talk about what is happening in our brains, because they can be so tricky! By working with the mind and body, I help you find your way back to trusting yourself, your instincts, your compass.
I am an EMDRIA trained EMDR therapist, and I have additional training in CBT and ACT. I also hold an MA in Somatic Psychology. I also have specialized training in Perinatal Mental Health, and I love working with moms. I offer therapy to California residents.
I work to create a warm, safe space so we can build trust, and you feel heard and seen. I help you feel safe in your body and with others.
