I specialize in relational and sex therapy, working with individuals, couples, and non-monogamous relational structures. My work is inclusive of all identities, orientations, and lifestyles. I have lived experience with polyamory and deeply understand the complex nature of non-monogamy, making it one of my passions to work with.
The approach I take in my work is also holistic and systematic. As a certified yoga instructor and somatic-focused practitioner, my therapeutic approach interweaves elements of mindfulness and mind-boy connection
