My goal in therapy is to create a safe space where you can be honest and real. It takes great courage to seek help. To heal, grow and thrive people need a truly non-judgmental space in which to explore strengths, weaknesses, fears, past, present, and hopes for the future. I am real, kind, honest, and trustworthy. My therapy practice is rooted in an anti-oppressive, anti-racist, harm-reduction, trauma-informed, relational and person centered approach. I aim to create a safe space for clients to explore their identities and build self-efficacy.
I work primarily with Transgender, Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Androgynous, Queer, or Questioning individuals. I work with Gender identity, Teen pregnancy, Teen/Young adult counseling, alternative relationships. I utilize an informed consent model with clients accessing gender confirming medical procedures.
I provide therapy for individuals aged 13 and above exclusively through telehealth, accessible to clients across Washington state. In-person services are not available currently. I am an integrative therapist, utilizing an individualized therapy plan for each client depending on their needs; some modalities I may use include dbt, act, art, cbt, and others.
