I provide compassionate accompaniment to help children, adolescents, and adults restore balance, joy, stability, peace, and self-knowledge.
Expressive arts, cognitive behavioral therapy, a strengths focus, and acknowledgement of systems, traumas, and relationships that impact us - these can help for renewal. I will team up with you to establish a better life, internally and externally. I will hold space for you to express your full self and to bring parts of yourself in conflict into harmony.
