I provide individual therapy to adolescents (14+), college students/young adults, family therapy and parenting support. I work with individuals and families to navigate life's transitions with perspective, grace, confidence and... if all goes well, some humor.
I specialize in the treatment of trauma, anxiety, depression and the corresponding maladaptive coping behaviors (suicidal ideation, self-harm, addictions) that often accompany these concerns. My work draws from multiple therapeutic approaches including Solution Focused Brief Therapy, CBT, DBT, narrative, parental coaching and Structural Family Systems.
I am wrapping up my current role as a clinician at a Partial Hospital Program and will start seeing private clients in September 2024. I will begin introductory calls in August. I hope to meet you then! All engagements will start with a free 15 minute consultation call/telehealth introduction to assess fit and address questions/concerns.
