I love to help clients identify their strengths and empower them to achieve their goals.
I work with high school-aged adolescents, college students, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, grief and loss, life transitions, self-esteem and identity struggles, and shame. I also offer support for teenage clients' parents through parenting sessions and family sessions as needed to bolster their child's treatment.
I have studied and worked in psychology, human development, and mental health for over a decade. Moreover, I know from personal experience that reaching out to a therapist and asking for help requires courage and vulnerability.
