Hello! My name is Ciondria Hughes, and I am a Licensed Psychologist. I have experience working in community mental health, juvenile detention, and private practice. As a result, I have worked with all age groups, and have worked with several individuals with various mental health diagnoses. In addition, I am also a Licensed Sex Offender Treatment Provider, with experience in individual and group therapy.
I approach each client as an individual and I seek to be educated on their experiences. I believe therapy is collaborative and I work with my clients to identify realistic and achievable goals. In sessions, I mostly use cognitive behavior therapy, person-centered, and solution-focused approaches with clients.
I recognize and understand that deciding to participate in therapy is not always easy. This is the main reason I named my practice, Facing Fears!
