Hi, welcome! I am a bilingual (English and Mandarin Chinese) licensed therapist. I work mainly with clients who are struggling with anxiety, depression, grief & loss, trauma/PTSD, self-esteem/confidence, or relationship issues. I also work with clients who want to work on self-growth and gain more insight in life. I believe each person comprises unique yet charismatic components that all contribute to narrating a cohesive personal story. According to your needs, I will tailor my treatment orientations to best serve your unique individuality.
I am professionally trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy, solution-focused therapy, Gottman Method, and more. I also have a background in the medical field where I've obtained a strong foundational knowledge for medical diagnosis and medications. I understand the intricacy between medical burden and mental health.
