My goal for you is a compassionate journey as we unpack the emotional messages you have received throughout your life and examine ways to accommodate or reframe those messages and seek freedom. I work with individuals, couples, and teens and explore ways to encourage options. Counseling is available for short term and long term counseling needs.
My education includes a Master of Science in Pastoral Counseling from Loyola University Maryland, Graduate Theological Studies from Wesley Seminary, and years of experience in preventive healthcare. I work with people of all faith traditions, and those who do not claim a specific faith.
Sometimes the need arises to refer to other health care specialists. Specific clinical strengths include an understanding of health and wellness, as well as complicated, chronic medical concerns. This includes depression, anxiety, mood disorders, and medical limitations. I will help you look at ways of enhancing your lifestyle.
