Whether you are an individual going through a heartbreak, a couple working through communication struggles, a teenager struggling to manage your academic and family stressors, or a parent doing your best to care for your children, yet is feeling spread too thin.
There is no problem that is too big or too small to address and acknowledge. Everyone deserves to be heard, listened to, and validated. My goal is to provide you a safe, warm, and nonjudgmental environment where you are able to freely process and work through these challenges.
I am a firm believer that there are multiple perspectives to one story and that each individual copes in their own unique way because no one size fits all. A fun fact about me, for example, is that I enjoy high intensity workouts as my form of self-care where I can decompress after a tough day.
