My goal is to provide you a safe, confidential space where you genuinely feel supported and heard as you to navigate through challenges you are currently experiencing. I hold the belief that you are the expert of your life and as a therapist it is my role to support you as you identify problems/goals that you would like to work on in therapy. Since 2005 I have worked with clients struggling with a variety of challenges such as depression, anxiety, relationship struggles, addiction, family strain, low self-esteem/confidence, parenting, grief/loss and life transitions.

My additional training in addiction studies lends itself well when working with family members who are seeking a therapist with a greater understanding how addiction can impact the whole family/system. As an alcohol and drug counselor (LADC) I am able to offer Chemical Health Assessments to those seeking them for personal, professional or legal reasons.

Trying to choose the right therapist can be difficult, please feel free to reach out with any questions to determine if I would be the right fit for you. Additionally, I offer a free 30 minute consultation session to allow us time to connect face to face to ask questions. Consultation session can occur in person or via TeleHealth (video session).
