Cindy Lyman is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in North Carolina who has been practicing since 2001. Cindy has a wide range of experience as she started as a Registered Nurse prior to becoming a Counselor. Everyone comes to therapy for help with something that is not going as expected or wanted in their life or help with a difficult decision.
They have the need for someone who is accepting, understanding, caring, and encouraging to guide them as they determine how to reach their desired goals. The techniques Cindy uses depend on what is appropriate for the person and the situation, but the primary forms of therapy used are Person-Centered, Cognitive Behavioral, and Motivational Interviewing.
Outside of work, Cindy enjoys spending time with family (including their four-legged fur baby) and friends, traveling, reading, and games.
