Our humanity connects us through common experiences which impact our choices, leading to individual and unique stories. These stories often contain narratives of stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, loss and grief. Yet, throughout these stories are also stories of strength, resilience, and hope. My treatment philosophy focuses on identifying a client’s strengths, support systems and resources, interests and abilities -to shore up the foundation upon which strategies and skills can be built to improve a person’s sense of self and confidence to work towards achieving their goals.

I specialize in Art Therapy and Mental Health Counseling. Over the past 14 years, I have worked with adults, teens, and children in Community Mental Health and Early Intervention settings. Whatever brings you to counseling, can be communicated, explored, processed and transformed through the most effective means for you - talking and/or creative expression.
