I understand how difficult it can be to reach out to a stranger to discuss your most intimate life details. Daily people face many different struggles that lead them to contacting a therapist. I work very hard to make you feel at ease in this process by building a therapeutic relationship and using humor when appropriate. I acknowledge the vulnerability and strength it requires to make the first step to reach out for help. I provide a judgement free and supportive environment.
I have worked in the profession over 20 years with adults, adolescents, and children as individuals, couples, and families. I use humor when appropriate to help make you feel comfortable. I am very down to earth, but directive when needed.
I have a wide variety of availability as I know life requires flexibility, I even offer some weekend hours. I own a practice and if we are not a good match, another therapist at my practice may be. I currently offer Telehealth and have a location in Westerville. I will be adding a Grandview Heights location in August. Call today!
