I am passionate about working with those struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, loss, transition, “feeling stuck,” relationship challenges within couples, families, friendships, and issues related to faith or spiritual concerns. I enjoy working collaboratively with clients to reach their therapeutic goals and live wholly integrated, full lives.
I approach therapy from a strengths-based perspective using a holistic approach, believing each person can achieve the changes they desire to make in their lives and relationships. I work alongside the client, tailoring sessions to meet each person’s unique needs.
Having grown up in the Reno/Sparks area, and graduating from Reed High School in 1993, I completed my Bachelor of Arts at Biola University in 1996. Now beginning a new career, I am passionate about seeing people live fulfilling lives within themselves and in their relationships.
