My goal is to build and expand what you know, along with identifying what may be holding you back from where you want to be. I aim to create a safe, healing environment that is warm, collaborative, relaxed, respectful and client centered.
My therapeutic approach is eclectic, pulling from CBT, Strengths-Based, Person-Centered, Family Systems, and Trauma-Informed Care. I also have training in the following areas: Brainspotting (BSP), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Faith Based Therapy and Tapping/Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT).
