Do you ever feel like no one truly listens to you and your problems are minimized by others? I understand how difficult it can be to reach out for help, and I believe everyone should be heard and accepted without judgement.
I work with adults who have a variety of presenting concerns. My passions include treating depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, perinatal mental health concerns, and parenting/caregiving issues. It is extremely important to me to offer an inclusive and accessible space. Everyone is welcome here!
