I am passionate about using Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) in my counseling sessions. DBT skills have been widely successful in addressing a variety of emotional & relational struggles. I love teaching these practical skills & helping others apply them to everyday life to increase joy, connection with others, and overall emotional/spiritual well-being.
