I see clients who may be dealing with unresolved past issues and/or trauma and are wanting to work through those feelings so they can enjoy life. My clients also include those who may be experiencing grief, anxiety, strained relationships. One of my passions is working with families who are struggling-I offer young families help & work with older family members to restore relationships that may have been strained. I love working with couples - we all want to be that couple in our 70s walking down the beach holding hands. I can help you get there! Sex is an important part of relationships and I can help you attain your sexual goals.
I use EMDR, Restoration Therapy, and Existential therapy to help people heal from the past and move on to the life they imagine. I am also a sex therapist and help couples reach a more satisfying intimate life. I also offer intensive EMDR sessions to help healing move along faster.
The best part of my job is having the opportunity to meet so many amazing people and hear their stories. At times we struggle in our stories and sometimes hope seems evasive. I can hold hope for you until you can get there. Healing is possible!
