I believe in being authentic and curious while exploring possibilities vs labeling and judging. Knowing who we are authentically is powerful. My expertise is in getting to the root of a problem, guiding back to authentic self and providing tools to help with managing anxiety, emotions and the old schemas that impact life. As well as helping one understand the mind body connection in relationships, life transitions, disordered eating, trauma and the times life just is not working.
