I offer individual and family counseling in Lakewood Colorado with over 23 years of experience. I provide faith-based counseling with a warm and accepting approach in which you can express your concerns in a safe, confidential atmosphere. As an insightful, experienced and compassionate therapist I am passionate about helping individuals and families. If you've had loss, trauma, or conflict in relationships I provide EMDR and if you just need help in breaking down barriers in communication, give me a call.
I specialize in helping individuals get out of narcissistic relationships, as well as offer support in setting boundaries in relationships. EMDR is utilized to help those who have obsessive worry, fear, anxiety or trauma. I help individuals and couples who are struggling with life choices, emotional regulation, spiritual support, and life balance.
