Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stressed, anxious, burnout, or just stuck and need someone to talk to, I'm here to help! I collaborate with clients to help process their concerns, and identify and work towards their goals in a safe, nonjudgmental space. I use an integrative, strengths-based approach based on clients' needs to help them learn to prioritize their mental health and overall wellbeing while navigating through life's ups and downs. I am a person-centered counselor who recognizes the importance of uncovering the ways in which a person’s past can influence their current thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.

I enjoy helping individuals and couples struggling with stress, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, life transitions, and relationships. I also specialize in working with college students and young adults who may be struggling to balance work and/or academics, relationships, independence, and the changes and challenges associated with coming into adulthood.
