I will work with you to provide a non-judgmental and genuine space for you to practice being vulnerable about everything you have been sitting with. My ideal client is someone who is open-minded, wanting to change (but might not know how), a good sense of humor, and doesn't mind a cuss word here or there. I want to work with you as you are the expert on your lived experience.
I strive to provide an authentic, genuine, and relaxed environment for you to heal in. I use evidence-based practices and brain/body-based interventions in a way that feels more effective to you. I believe that everyone has some resiliency in them - otherwise how would we survive? Let's tap into that and build on your strengths you already have.
The most important thing in therapy is connection. To be able to share what is going on without judgment, to be understood, and to be seen.
